Encore Events Rentals is your premier events rental company, locally owned for over 30 years. We have three locations serving the Wine Country and the greater Bay Area with showrooms and warehouses in Healdsburg and Petaluma and a design studio in St. Helena.

Our Services

Setup & Delivery

Encore Events offers delivery on most orders. Our standard delivery and pickup charge is for Monday through Saturday, 8am-6pm. We will honor requests for AM, PM or specific delivery windows for an extra fee. We do offer after hours and Sunday delivery and pick up at an additional cost.


Encore Events Rentals offers design services for your next event.  We stay current on the latest design trends and are eager to work with you! Our talented sales team can help you design in our showrooms or on site at the venue.  We go above and beyond to help your vision become a reality.

Will Call

Encore Events Rentals is open for Will Call pickup and return 6 days a week at our Healdsburg location and 7 days a week at our Petaluma location.  Our will call department is open during regular business hours and ready to serve you.  Our skilled and friendly staff will help load and unload your order at the time of pickup and drop off.
